General terms of service

1. Identity and scope

THCM Developer is the development brand of Thiago Henrique da Cunha Mattos. Institutional contact: contact@thcmdeveloper.com. The supplier responsible for each purchase is identified in the proposal, product page or receipt. These terms cover services offered directly by THCM. Work presented in our portfolio for other businesses does not make THCM the supplier of those businesses’ products or services. Simply browsing this website does not purchase a paid service.

2. Terms for each purchase

The offer, accepted proposal and product-specific terms supplement this page and take precedence on matters specific to that purchase, subject to mandatory law. Before purchasing, check features, technical requirements, limitations, price, currency, applicable taxes, duration, renewal and cancellation. There is no single price or plan for all services. Features being tested or not yet available must be identified in the offer.

3. Custom development

Custom projects require an accepted proposal defining scope, deliverables, stages, timelines, fees and responsibilities. The proposal must clarify maintenance, hosting, third-party services and rights to code and materials. Scope changes require prior agreement on any costs and timing changes. Sending an enquiry does not form a contract or create a payment obligation.

4. Subscriptions and payments

For subscriptions, the billing period, price and automatic renewal, where applicable, are presented before confirmation. Purchases may take place on the website, Google Play or App Store, depending on the available offer. Website payments may be processed by Stripe. Check the receipt and service purchased to identify a charge. Provide full card details only to the payment processor, never by email.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Cancel renewal through the channel used to purchase the subscription, following the product or store instructions. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription. The end of access and effects of cancellation follow the offer and applicable legal rights. Requests for withdrawal, refunds or billing corrections may be sent through the purchase channel or to contact@thcmdeveloper.com, stating the product and purchase reference without full payment details. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal and statutory guarantees where applicable.

6. Use, content and security

Use the services lawfully, respecting others’ rights and product instructions. Where an account is required, keep your information accurate and protect your credentials. Fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful content and interference with systems are prohibited. Permissions and access by minors also follow each platform’s terms. Rights to user-submitted materials remain with their owners; users must be authorized to use and share them. Trademarks, interfaces, code and other THCM or third-party elements are protected. A purchase grants the usage rights described in the offer; transfers of code or ownership require a specific agreement.

7. Support and operation

Support channels, hours and scope are stated in each product or proposal. Maintenance, connectivity, external services and device characteristics may affect availability. There is no general guarantee of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device. Report issues for assessment and correction under the contract and law. Software supports the user’s activities; professional decisions and third-party services remain the responsibility of those performing them. This does not exclude statutory guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Privacy

Data processing for this website is described on the Privacy page. Each app maintains its own policy covering data used, storage, deletion and exercising rights. These general terms do not authorize indiscriminate sharing of data between products.

9. Updates and enquiries

The date on this page identifies the published version. Material changes affecting ongoing contracts will be communicated through the service’s channels, with notice and renewed consent where required. Updates do not retroactively change agreed conditions or reduce acquired rights. For questions or complaints, write to contact@thcmdeveloper.com. Mandatory law and access to competent authorities and courts remain protected, including consumer rights in the place of residence.
